THE EXPERIENCE
The ticket purchased online or purchased on site is for single use and is NOT valid for another day.
To ensure a comfortable visit for all visitors, access to the exhibition is organized in 45-minute slots. You do not have to arrive on time, you simply have to go within the indicated time slot 9:00 am- 6:00 pm. Once the exhibition is accessed, the visitor can be inside as long as the visitor wishes. The average visit time is 45 minutes.
Due to our company policy, we do not make changes or refunds of tickets. Anyway, we suggest something: give the entrance to a friend or relative and enjoy the exhibition instead.

Once inside, you can enjoy the experience for as long as you like. The exhibition tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.
There is no minimum age for access to the exhibition. Children under 5 years of age can access the exhibition for free accompanied by an adult.
We ask that parents keep children close by so as not to disturb other visitors.
If it is allowed to enter the exhibition with a baby carriage.
It is allowed to take photos, without using flash. If you publish them on the RRSS, use the hashtag #mystikamuseum: so many more people will be able to see the exhibition through their eyes.
